Good job. Though letters 'x' and 'z' are missing as well as most non-numeric characters. Reference image on wikia - "http://masterofmagic.wikia.com/wiki/File:Osg_runes.jpg"

Thank you for your feedback!

The wikia only shows the UPPERCASE letters so I had to observe the lowercase letters inside the game. And I could not find neither x nor z.

And I did not bother with punctuation characters because my goal was to decipher the spell names, not their description (as these are already explained in the manual).
