  • Starting from the word fluid I developed this font with the aim of incorporating several characteristics pertaining to the word itself. Each letter in the font flows from one to the next; a sense of motion continuing throughout. I looked at surface tension on liquids and tried to make the shape of the font reflect the constraints of this tension. I especially looked at wax turning from liquid to solid and the rigid shape it formed. It's quite simplistic so I would like to work more with it to see how I can include more texture that could link with the light reflections on the surface.
