Azure a high tech typeface. Inspired by everything Cyberpunk and future tech.

This is my first font, and it's still a little out of place. I'll continue to experiment, and try to improve on using this site. I hope you all like it!

Welcome to the Future...

Dramatics aside, QUANTUM is a visual display typeface designed to convey one cyberpunk future out of many.

It is intended to be built as a monospaced font (however, spacing errors occurred, and it is a faux-monospace as a result), made on a 9x10 pixel grid out of a personal fascination with the vision of the cyberpunk future according to the 90s and a desire to capture the "spirit" of the original Sony PlayStation. One of the leading sources of inspiration is the work by The Designers Republic (tDR).

This typeface not only features Latin characters, but also Cyrillic, Greek, and even a few Coptic characters for good measure (in hopes of easing in the old world into the future)

A more "organic" or "biomechanical" version of Cybernaut. Looks best at sizes that are powers of 2.

Cybernaut turned inside-out! The result is mostly illegible except when used at multiples of the original size and with antialiasing turned off. At the original size (2x Pixel size), it's capable of some magnificent cybernetic aesthetics.

Experimental cyberpunk robot mosaic thing.

It gives me a strong "system font" feeling and seems like something that might be included with the OS of some futuristic tech deck. If the Fairlight Excalibur from Shadowrun Returns had its own font, this could be it!

A chimera (fusion) made from art deco, barcode, and circuitry elements. It only employs angles where they are needed to differentiate glyphs.

The Renraku font by caveras is an awesome reproduction of the text found in Shadowrun for the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive. However, exact comparisons to his font and all the characters in the game revealed that a few of them were slightly off. The at (@), lower-case q, asterisk (*), underscore (_), and plus (+) have been fixed to look exactly like the game. Also, I changed the dollar sign ($) into a nuyen symbol and the vertical line (|) into an arrow. I used tiles extracted from the game itself as a reference. To perfectly reproduce text found in Shadowrun, use this at 6 point regular.This is a clone of Renraku

This clone of invisible is a work in progress, but is slightly wider and doesn't use the single-stroke convention that the original did. The end goal is to make a nice right-angle-heavy font that fits in an 8x12 or taller space. (An early version of this font uses dots to make lines that weren't on the single-stroke path, but that made some letters seem like they didn't belong. Yet another variation of BitGerm. This one is pretty organic while it also shares an edgy look in it for yet more cyberpunk/sci-fi air in it. Bends the pattern of the previous three a little bit, but still remains in 3x3.This is a clone of BitGerm Organic

BitGerm is all based on a way I designed to fit all the letters of the alphabet and other characters into a space of 3x3 squares on squared sheets while I was bored on class. I have been developing the look of every letter for a handful of years already, and I am gladd this is finally available in .ttf format. I got big plans for this one. To be honest, I was not ready for the symbols like $, %, # and so on, and I know they are completely optional, but I am seeing how to make those possible and, of course, legible.
