It's finally done, it took me nearly 2 days to get the kerning done and balance this baby, but here she is!

SCRIPTORIUM - A Gothic script/Blackletter typeface design with drop shadow.
Inspired by a post on Margaret Shepherd's blog. "Stiffen" is the name she gave it, and it's built with a 30-degree tilt on the pen.
"This completely rectilinear alphabet conveys a strong, heavy, almost machine-made effect."
No caps but I can't see why I couldn't add caps later.
Found this curious looking letter set on Margaret Shepherd's calligraphy blog. It's blocky enough that it could be done here. Too many diagonals towards the end of the alphabet, and my attempt at numerals and punctuation was ordinary at best. However, might be a good heading font for something literary or library in nature.
Work-in-progress, but enjoy as is. :)
Scurvy reconstructs the traditional characteristics of blackletter textur script within a low-fidelity digital parameter.
This typeface was designed by Carson Chang.

Duck meat's crispiness and strong taste, and the duck figure itself are the main characters inserted in the making of this typeface.
