Font based on the font in Pokémon Gold/Silver/Crystal.
Existing characters are the same as in the game while I tried to fill in for some common characters that are missing.
Some notes:
Pk, Mn, and :L replace ¼, ½, and ¾, respectively.
Korean font's punctuation/Arabic numerals are contained within Fullwidth forms.
Also, I guess Fontstruct doesn't support precomposed Hangul characters, so I'm out of luck there. The full-size individual Hangul letters are in Hangul Jamo, while the smaller ones (like on the name entry screen) are in halfwidth forms.
Halfwidth katakana is the same as fullwidth, but fullwidth Latin is different.
Halfwidth versions of the won/yen symbols are the currency symbol, while the fullwidth version is the language's character for it.
Unown letters are contained within the letters in circled capital letters section of Enclosed Alphanumerics.
Some ligatures ('s, d', etc.) are found within the lowercase parentheses and circled letters of Enclosed Alphanumerics.
Filgaia is a monospaced sans-serif pixel font recreation based on the original font appearing in the Sony PlayStation video game Wild Arms, developed by Media Vision and released by Sony in 1996.
The character set of this font was notably expanded with many additional special characters, diacritic variants, unique glyphs, and the like, each one of them designed to match the spirit and style of the original font design.
To recreate the original in-game appearance of this font, I recommend to choose font sizes that are multiples of 11pt and avoid any anti-aliasing or other font smoothing methods. The font is named after the world that Wild Arms takes place in.
~ Filgaia by Caveras - a pixel font recreation based on an original font from the SNES video game Tales of Phantasia ~
This is a clonePixel story mono is a monospaced font perfect for your retro rpg! The characters are 7 pixels high. For fantasy or history themed games, the informalness is a nice alternative to the more common "robotic" looking 8 bit fonts.
This is a cloneOZ Connekt's letters are meant to fit together like jigsaw peices. I used the same base for all letters and only had to break it for a few letters. I had some trouble spacing it, but once i got all of that cleared up, it went well! I hope you do enjoy!
