For years I was seeking the font used by Channel 9's Wide World of Sports (Australia) from c.1980 up until 1992. I've expanded it to a full alphabet but not happy with characters with diagonals. And the W should be proper diagonals, but I can't get that right within FontStruct's constraints. Anyway, cricket fans, here you go... super effort, that. Use @9 to make your own Channel 9 logo.
Presenting Jaleco's Astyanax, released in 1989 for the Famicom, and 1990 for the NES. This font is similar to Totally Rad. Go check it out. Totally Rad was made by Patrick H. Lauke.
A typeface inspired by synthwave music and the art that represents it. The late 1980's and early 1990's landscape is full of amazing creativity that would be great to build off of.
I tried to capture the unique structure the music has to its sound, which is where the block shapes come in. To compliment the music's unpredicability, I made up all the block letterforms out of a "scan-line-esque" pattern.

The definitive retro gaming font, now available to use for your gaming-related projects, without a single arcade quarter required, is here! Why stick with Press Start 2P when you can use this, especially the fact that this font has over 1000 characters? The font includes a complete set of hiragana and katakana characters. Even though I managed to see Famicom Jump by NBABABAFONTNES, and I created this one even more super duper better! Since I don't have time to make Hiragana Fonts and Katakana fonts! Here are the similarities to this font: Dragonball 3: Gokuuden, Saint Seiya: Ougon Densetsu, Saint Seiya: Ougon Densetsu Kanketsu Hen, Devilman, Dragon Ball: Daimaou Fukkatsu and Dragon Ball: Shenlong no Nazo (or in Translated: Dragon Ball: Mystery of Shenlong), and Famicom Jump: Eiyuu Retsuden, (except Devilman for Namco).
