Large font used in numerous Atari video arcade games, 1984-1987. As the original font uses three different colors for a font-smoothing effect, I attempted to replicate it in two-color by using differently-sized squares. Not sure how well that works; as such, any suggestions are welcome. Best below 20 pt.
The ubiquitous video game font standard, likely designed by Lyle Rains of Atari; first used in 1976's "Sprint 2" by Atari, and then on until well into the 1990s. Used by most video arcade game companies, including (but not limited to): Namco, Williams Electronics, Irem, Atari, Konami, Bally-Midway, Taito, Nintendo and Sega. The lower case characters are from several Atari video arcade games from 1984-1987. Plenty of alternate characters -- variations used in conjunction with the standard font, all selected from a variety of MAME32 game roms.

This is a clone of The Video Arcade Game FontRecreated directly from screenshots I took of the game. I replicated every character I could find and extended the Latin set from there.
I haven't played much of the franchise, but I always loved the typeface used in the journals and was surprised no one else had recreated it.
Recreation of the pixel font from Codemasters' "Rockstar Ate My Hamster" (1988). Slightly expanded with a few additional custom characters not present in the original game.
Edited (11/2016) to fix some of the characters, based on a more accurate source (C64 emulation of the game) and to include the "BLACK LARGE SQUARE" (U+2B1B) unicode character.
Recreation of the medium/high resolution character set used in the Atari ST TOS (1985), and later reused in the Atari TT and Atari Falcon.
Most special characters have been included and mapped to their respective unicode equivalents. This recreation also includes the special characters that form the Atari logo (mapped to the dingbat code points U+2768 and U+2769) and the pixelated face of J.R. "Bob" Dobbs (box drawing code points U+250C, U+2510, U+2514 and U+2518).
Only the characters present in the original set have been included.
This is a clone of Atari STA recreation of the pixel font from Tecmo's "Silkworm" (1988). The majority of characters are from the NES version, but some particularly awkward ones have been replaced with their equivalent characters from the Amiga and Atari ST version of the game.
