Recreation of the pixel font from Technōs/Acclaim's "Double Dragon III: The Rosetta Stone" (aka "Double Dragon III: The Sacred Stones", 1991) on the NES.
The font includes an almost complete set of hiragana and katakana characters. In the tile set, the dakuten and handakuten are separate tiles, positioned in a line above their respective character. In this recreation, characters that use them are pre-combined into a single glyph.
Note that the Japanese version uses a different/thin exclamation mark. This recreation only includes the bold version of the exclamation mark used in the European and US versions.
Only the characters present in the game's tile set have been included.
Recreation of the pixel font from Technōs/Software Creations/Flying Edge's "Double Dragon 3: The Arcade Game" (aka "Double Dragon 3: The Rosetta Stone", 1993) on the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis.
Only the characters present in the game's tile set have been included.
Recreation of the primary pixel font from Technōs/Pal Soft's "Double Dragon II: The Revenge" (1991) on the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis.
This font is used on the title screen, options, and the level-end screens.

Recreation of the pixel font from Technōs/Tradewest's "Super Double Dragon" (1992) on the SNES.

Only the characters present in the game's tile set have been included.
Recreation of the main pixel font from the Japanese version of Nihon Falcom's "Ys: Ancient Ys Vanished: Omen" (aka "Ys I: Ancient Ys Vanished", "Ys: The Vanished Omens", 1987) on the Sega Master System.
The font includes an almost complete set of hiragana and katakana characters. In the tile set, the dakuten and handakuten are separate tiles, positioned in a line above their respective character. In this recreation, characters that use them are pre-combined into a single glyph.
Note that the original font also included a small error, where a pixel from や (U+3084, hiragana letter Ya) is mistakenly added to the right of も (U+3082, hiragana letter Mo). This mistake is included in this recreation as well.
Only the characters present in the game's tile set have been included.

Recreation of the pixel font from Quintet/Enix's "Terranigma" (1995) on the SNES.
This recreation uses the special TTF+SVG format, which currently has limited support. For a monochrome version, see this recreation.
This recreation has been slightly expanded to include additional accented characters that weren't in the German, Spanish, or French translation.
Beyond these, only the characters present in the game's tile set have been included.

This is a new and remake version of New Super Mario Bros. font. The the characters that I fixed is, I made the "$" to make it a bit taller, I moved the "*" to move it up high, and I moved the "~" to make it on the middle just like the other fonts remade by me.
This is the font used in my Scratch projects that use SSEGA OS, SSEGA OS 92, and SSEGA OS CD (https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/938150503/ https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/938615942/ https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/939136020/). It has a lot of characters in a 4x5 bounding box.
Recreation of the primary pixel font from Nintendo's "Metroid II: Return of Samus" (1991) on the Game Boy.
This recreation uses the special TTF+SVG format for the subtle antialiasing, which currently has limited support. For a monochrome version, see this recreation.
Only the characters present in the game's tile set have been included.
This is a cloneRecreation of the main pixel font from Nintendo's "Metroid: Zero Mission" (2004).
The font includes the accented and special characters from the German, French, Italian, and Spanish translations, and has been extended to complete the missing accented characters not used in the game. It also adds the numbers 0-9.
Beyond that, only the characters used in the game have been included.
Recreation of the main proportional pixel font from Nintendo's "Metroid Fusion" (2002) on the Game Boy Advance.
The slightly unusual letter spacing/kerning (for instance, on the lowercase "i") has been faithfully recreated.
The font includes the accented and special characters from the German, French, Italian, and Spanish translations, and has been extended to complete the missing accented characters not used in the game. In addition, the vertical position of the left double quotation mark has been normalised to match the right double quotation mark.
Beyond that, only the characters used in the game have been included.
Recreation of the large pixel font from Capcom's "Final Fight" (1989).
This font is used in the intro cinematic. In the original, the double quotes are awkwardly split over two tiles. This recreation combines them into a single character. The recreation also corrects the missing antialiasing in the "3". However, it retains the original minus/dash (as seen in the character bio sheets), which is far too high.
This recreation uses the special TTF+SVG format, which currently has limited support. As the font relies on antialiasing, I did not create a separate monochromatic version of the font.
Only the characters present in the game's tile set have been included.
This is a cloneRecreation of the pixel font from Graftgold/Hewson Consultants' "Ranarama" (1987) on the ZX Spectrum.
This recreation includes the handful of futhark runes used in the game, though one of the runes appears to be made up.
The same font is used in the Amstrad CPC and Commodore 64 ports, though the runes are slightly different.
Only the characters present in the game's tile set have been included.
Recreation of the alternate small pixel font from Nintendo's "Super Metroid" (1994) on the SNES.
The numbers are used in the game itself (for the energy, rocket, and bomb counters). The letters are used for the end credits.
This recreation uses the special TTF+SVG format, which currently has limited support. For a monochrome version, see this recreation.
Note that the "Q" and "Z" didn't feature in the credits, so they're my custom additions.
Apart from these, only the characters used in the game have been included.
