My project was to create a font around a particular stimuli word - mine being 'dangerous'. My main inspiration came from a quote from my scuba diving instructor as he said "never touch anything in the water that is beautiful as all the beautiful things are the most dangerous". When I think of this quote and apply it to things I could see on a daily basis, I think of a rose, a beautiful flower with sharp thorns.
