Nice stencil! The bigger this one is, the better it looks.
You seem to have bumps around the diagonals and curves... Maybe if you use 2x2 filters, those can be solved...
I don't know how to use 2x2 filters. How do they work?
It makes the size of the bricks, but not the grid, 2x2, allowing for more complex fonts...
Note: You can only select bricks based on 1x1 filters...
This sample shows where there are bricks in the letter S of my font "F77 Script". The grid squares where there are bricks are highlighted with a black square. Note that is no brick at grid square (0,3)...
