Do you think you can do one of these with the inside inverted...
I already have, but it glitches out every time I save it. This negative-space version only requires 1 composite brick, but the positive-space one requires 2 stacked composites. This makes it really glitchy. I've only been able to successfully save a design using the positive-space brick in cases when it was the only brick in the font. So, I could do some kind of "spider pixel art" design with it, but nothing like this...
EDIT: I managed it after all (see "Spiderling 2").
Illustration: The four corners need stacked bricks so it takes two stacked composites to render the overall shape in 1 brick
