Thanks! I couldn't think of a way to alter D without shifting the top downward. And, if I did that, it'd be the only letter to have such a shift. So I'll try one of my pixel font tricks and give D a partial line inside itself.

Added lowercase, lots of language support, and many optimizations. Every glyph is now Pixel Optimized (try viewing at 2x Pixel size).
