I wound-up with sort of a neon light font. Use, study, modify, create derivatives (use a different reserved font name & update docs) and/or redistribute this rounded line font. I hope you enjoy it.

cool! Kinda like neon fonts
Thanks, @JingYo. I was so tired I wasn't thinking straight, but I couldn't sleep (over tired) and I needed something to do where I wasn't thinking too hard (solving block puzzles). LOL.
I decided to close the gaps between lines that would normally be joined (as overlapping line elements) in a character. The lines never actually touch, still, but it erases some of the abstractness of some particular characters. Hopefully, this should increase the font's usefulness.
Also copied the letters to the latin accented characters and added the accents. More to do if this will be good enough to submit to Google Fonts, but Google Fonts acts even slower than I do (about everything).
The monospacing creates its own issues with such a huge width space and making the punctuation wide enough to fill the space, plus I have to remind myself that you don't kern a monospaced font. LOL
Added a few characters, like the not sign, plus and/or minus sign, soft hyphen, male ordinal, perhaps a few others. Changed the quotes and single quote mark.
