If you would like to use the FontStruction for a specific project, you may be able to contact the designer directly about obtaining a license.
I know that Goatmeal did a very great job on the Gradius font, but the main problem was... he forgot the @, ~, {, } and the horizontal line, so I put it in by making it so the font can be really complete.
