Great job on the recreation of the CGA Fixedsys font - but you do notice that the CGASYS.FON—in itself—has 192 characters (including the space (U+0020) and the no-blank space (U+00A0) but FontStruct shows it as 190), don't you?

What you do is just make it plain 3d with let's say Illustrator or Project Neo and only after you got the look you want, you ask them to render. Nice font!
