This typeface has been created based on the theme 'Vibration'. I tried out a wide range of experimentation when it came to producing hand rendered work, as I felt I needed to work out what would best capture the general sense of the word. I tried using inks on elastic bands, attaching pens to a playstation controller and drawing, photographing food colouring over a speaker; all sorts. Finally, I decided I needed something which really reflected the word clearly. I looked at the white noise and the trails that you get on the television, and applied this feel to a sans serif font I had made based on Georgia (minus the Serifs) One of the most time comsuming things I've ever done, hope its been worth it. No reference used at all. This is me drawing Paul Renner's original Futura from memory, without intending to. Actually, I was going for something more Avante Garde. It all started with the O and developed from there. The hardest letter = S. It was a real pain in the S. It was interesting afterward to compare the letters to Futura after finishing the caps. Futura - It was like the Helvetica of 1928. Bezziaire is an early experimental simulation of Bezier curves with FS2.0. Zooming 30% and below renders best results. I intended to make some sort of an M.C.Escher tribute here. I'm sorry this isn't very complete and far from being perfectly well done, but it somewhat started to make me feel dizzy...;) And even though I'm not very convinced by this, I don't think I'd come up with a way better execution soon.

I hope for Mr Escher that there are better tribute fonts for him out there! He'd definitely deserve it...

It was by the way funk_king's Impossible Alphabet that reminded me of this unfinished thing laying around in my messy unpublished fontstructions box, and made me take it out and finish it. (If you can call 42 characters "finished".)
