Just a little experiment--made the lower-case the same as the capitals, and then altered the whole thing in the following manner:
Capitals alternate between being flipped vertical and being flipped horizontal. Lower-case alternate between being rotated-left and rotated-right.
Still haven't decided for numbers and/or punctuations... 

Would welcome any weigh-ins on this.

BTW--IMHO, I think it makes for a nice Vigenere Table, but I guess the "YMMV" rule applies....]]></description>
