Light version: Abribus B

Base latin uppercase and numerals based on a type of French postal matrix font. Had to create almost all of the lowercase (from samples for a, c, g, i, and s), and clearly had a lot of fun seeing how many different characters I could fit within that 7-dot height. First time attempting Cyrillic and Hebrew scripts.

I messed with the filters until the dot spread was the most faithful possible to the printed references.

The original being monospaced I might post a mono copy.

Codex Terribilis draws inspiration from handwritten manuscripts and codices with some complementary symbols (alchemical, zodiac signs, etc).

Uppercase and lowercase letters interact in playful and sometimes unexpected ways. For that I had to omit bits of the uppercase D, H, M, and Z. These can be added back by typing, respectively: ); |; |; and \.

I've done a lot of kerning already but it feels endless so I've given up ever finishing.

A typeface that provides you with a glimpse into brickwork construction.

Monospace lowercase and duospace uppercase (double the width of lowercase), with negative-space diacritics.

Strong tensile and compressive strength (works well stretched, squeezed, and warped in general).

Font very heavily based on Parisian metro station names that are set in tiles very similar to Fontstruct's bricks, mostly along line 12.

Notably: Sèvres-Babylone, Jules Joffrin, Notre-Dame-des-Champs, Pasteur, Volontaires, Abbesses, Solférino, Trinité-d'Estienne d'Orves.

A futuristic display type inspired by musical symbols for accidentals and blackletter scripts, the lowercase letters are there as alternative versions of the uppercase.
