This is really nice, looks like Roboto (the font for Android 4.0) meets Beate (as demonics said), 10/10
Although in the FontStruct auto-generated sample (ABC 123 etc) the 3 seems a bit misaligned, possibly needing overshoots?
And a little known trick for using uninstalled fonts in Windows XP (are you using XP?) is to open the font file / .ttf / .otf (A sample by Windows should show up, The quick brown etc), then open whatever program and pick the font from the font list as normal! Then when done with the font just close the program and then the file (or alternatively close the font first and watch the text magically change to Arial) Unfortunately in Windows 7 it doesn't work anymore, though.
The curves here simply resonate beauty. Might I suggest moving the t crossbar up? I understand your intent with the low bar, but it ruins the consistency of the lowercase (in my opinion.)
I know I've already commented, but this is spectacular.

@Isaiah: Really like your play with curves lately. 10/10 for all of them.

Sorry for all these annoying comments.
