Clone of Generic Video Game Font 01. An inverse/inverted version of a new 9x9 font that looks like it could have been used in an early '80s video game. See "Generic Video Game Font 01" for the original version.

LOL! I definitely have had my work sponged a few times and swiped more than once. Luckily, the glitch ghosties with their insatiable appetites can be hypnotized with the proper series of sequence breaks. :~}
Another great role call of the Greats... You know, you really should add a GMEAL to one of these. It might seem too self-promotional, so I hereby nominate you for high scoring! The last one took me a couple seconds to decode...until I remembered the unforgettable Sketchbook B!
@will.i.ૐ -- You are much too kind! I bashfully accept your nomination.
And sorry for the 5-character limit for the sample pic names. I intended to use 3 characters, just like in the "olden days", but it would have been near impossible to make any recognizable names. Even with 5 characters, it was difficult for some of the longer screen monikers!
The font is nostalgia heaven. I love the thick-thin combination. Although I have a thing against descenders, er, not descending, but that totally makes sense in this context. The Q is awesome.
@R.Meek Electronics: Please add the sample sentences in all uppercase in addition to the current ones. Or make one of the sentences all uppercase. Also, another sentence or phrase with some numeric glyphs in it would be nice. e.g. This fontstruction was last viewed at 12:34pm; has been downloaded 5,678 times; and 9 people have made it their fav.
I have suggested this elsewhere, but will say again: Having a configurable field in our individual profiles where our own sample string resides. Instead of one string to rule them all... ;)
@Thalamic -- Your double shout-out is doubly deserved!
Thanks for the kind words; the Q didn't do a lot for me in Version 01 -- I think the thin-thick lines as arranged there don't help it much -- but here, the thin-thick lines highlight the tail of the Q quite nicely.

Or something.

This vaguely reminds me of some of Ray Larabie's fonts
@SakanaOji - High praise, indeed. Thank you. :^)
