so it turns out that this was the start of the Basic Black family. this has grown into a large family which takes advantage of one of Fontstruct's great features - the ability to ornament fonts quite easily by applying/using the many bricks in different patterns - of course :) this has been fun. beyond an exercise in creating different version of one font, i will probably only release these for a limited time. once i update the other versions with the numbers from here and maybe a few more punctuation marks, i will... well lets wait and see :)
