¬ = ct
` = st
~ = f (s)
^ = ft (st)
# = fh (sh)
AE, ae, fi, fl, f (s) and the long s are in their places within the More and Extended Latin sets (thanks to riccard0 for his advice on the last two).

It's coming together, p2pnut. I think the capital J is sitting a notch higher than the cap-height for the rest of the capitals. Also, shouldn't the top of the lowercase t be lowered? And perhaps the dots on the i and j too?
