This font builds upon a 1:1 pixel-perfect recreation of the wordmark from both Super Mario Bros. (NES) and Japan's Super Mario Bros. 2 (NES). The expansion references elements from various modern Super Mario media, heavilly referencing the font used in Super Mario Wonder's HUD, which was reviealed (unofficially) to be the one used in the logos of the New Super Mario series, which is a cleaner variant of these early logos.
