FontStruct supports creating letters for most Unicode codepoints.
If you want to see all the groups of letters available, you need to go into “Expert Mode” and then choose “Advanced” -> “Unicode Letter Sets” from the menu. After that you should see all the Unicode ranges, including Kanji, CJK, Kannada, Cherokee etc.
